[Question] Are shortened links really that bad for IG?

Are shortened links like bit.ly or goo.gl bad for instagram + cpa? I used free domains from dot.tk before and redirect them to my landing pages but i probably registered too much domain and now i can't get a new one. so is bit.ly bad for instagram?
