Anyone give ideas about Site maps, both XML and user facing,Keyword density and image optimization.

If you're using wordpress for xml sitemaps use yoast or all in one seo plugin. If you're running static website look for some online sitemap generator. Keyword denisity is thing of the past and you shouldn't focus on that. For image optimization you need to use alt tags.
