[question] - Amazon affiliate and email marketing

First of all sorry for my english.

I had an idea and tested it on black friday and xmas time.

Send a look like amazon newsletter filled by affliate link.

I opened an affiliate amazon accont activate temporary and i sent to about 100k contact in 4 days a look like amazon newsletter to try to convert.

Result was really good cause I earned about 200$ in 4 days.

After that on cyber monday morning amazon close my account (i made a little site made with about 20 article to submit affiliation) telling me that my site wasn't approved.

I did the same before xmas and did other about 100$ sendig 60/70k email.

First working day amazon close my account too.

Now i don't know if they will pay me but my question is :

How i can correct my strategy to have an amazon account approved. And so they will close my account anyway if my affiliate source will be a newsletter?

Well for starters avoid using any trademarks [mm amazon?] on your site
Second I would send them to a website and then to a link... so like email> yoursite.com that has aff links > amazon
and NOT email > amazon.com
 
Mate what your doing is very dangerous, Amazon is a trademark ...
If you want to go that route, first make sure you warm up your affiliate account. Create a legit site, make a few sales to get it approved, receive 2 or 3 payments from Amazon, and then do your shady things .
Btw how can you send so many emails without being flagged as spam and get your sending account banned ?

Asking the real questions here..
70-80k emails? $100 is a bit low for that volume but still, you hit inbox so you're doing something right

I know but i test it to exploit Black Friday days and Xmas Days. So the only good way is create a good landing page an then from there send users to amazon.

I know was only a test to try a shorter path. To send mail i did my own smtp server sending mail to selected real noob users. If you did i with skilled one u get abuse in 1 sencond.

I sent about 70k mail get around 5k click and aroung 150 amazon order this order get fee for me around 120$ with only couple of hour works i think isn't bad.
Working better on newsletter and email list you can perform better too. So this kind of approch is really dangerous and you can do it a coulple of times on festive days and night.
 
Anyway im still looking for a better way to use my 500k email address cotegorized by niche
 
Mate if you know how to setup a good smtp that can inbox more than 20% of sent email, you have gold in your hand and can make more money than what you will ever earn with amazon :)

i have smtp service be able to send 400k for month but i have no good idea how earn well from this "gold"
 
does amazon sent you your comission after they ban you ?

Big mistake.

1. Amazon tracks EXACTLY where your traffic is coming from, so they see everything u do. dont try to play games with them - they'll catch up.
2. They have a pretty strict TOS that most affiliate dont pay attn to - then 1 day their acc is banned.

Make sure u read their TOS, even little things can get u banned (like linking to amazon with the wrong type of text or image)
 
Create a review site and send the newsletter traffic to it. It will be fine
 
how do you get 100k email database ?
