[Question] Am I ghosted on Instagram?

Hi everybody,

Recently I re-started an old site of mine, along with it's Instagram account. But it seems that whenever I make a post (no matter with- or without #'s) it doesn't show up anywhere. I'm not even sure if my followers see the uploads I make since there are barely any likes from around 2k followers.

Are there any signs that an account is ghosted and can it be 'fixed'?

I'm also getting the feeling that if I like a picture of someone, they don't see that I liked their picture. Is that someway possible? I'm literally getting zero likes back after liking pic's that definitely relate to my niche.

Maybe when you buy 2k instagram followers for $1 this is what happens?

They are actually legitimate followers, none of them bought. I looked into the account last week since 3 months or so, made a new post and got zero reach in any way.

Upload a picture and tag it with like #BHWTest or something.
Click the tag, does your picture show up there?
If not then yeah you are probably ghosted, now you are going to ask "How do i fix that?"

I had the same issue when i started to use my old account, i just kept uploading picture and interact with other people and BOOM i wasnt ghosted anymore.

However that account had over 20K followers and you said that yours got 2,000? I'd honestly just start a new account.

Thanks a lot for that reply, I'll just keep going at it for now.

I'd start up a new one, the thing is that my niche is a tough one to get followers in so for now I'm glad with the ones I have, even if they don't seem to notice my pics (yet) lol.

If there's anyone that experienced the same, please drop your story so we can learn from it.

Try this, find tags that barley anyone ever uses, or no longer is trending so the results have stalled out, then make a post with that tag and try to find it in the results. Also make a new account and follow your current account in question, then see if you can see the posts you make on the old account from the new account.
