[Question] Adult traffic monetization

Greetings to all!
My question is, according to your experience or opinion, what is the most effective way to monetize adult traffic from social networks like Twitter or Reddit today?
I've been working with LosPollos some time, but lately the conversion rate is very low for me.

I feel the same with LosPollos. The conversion rate is so low! At first it was going so good but at one point it just dropped and somehow stopped converting? I still get 1 conversion daily which is max... I don't know why. If someone knows, please help on that.

About 30K uniques/day, mostly from reddit, mostly from Europe
