Any one know how to unlock iphone 5 or a legit service. It is not black listed as of yet but it might be soon. My wife's dad died and they where on the same plan, but they wont let her do anything because she is not the primary account holder. She cant even cancel the account or switch her phone number because she does not know his password. I know there are alot of services out there but I also know there are alot of blackhaters out there so...

If you have no luck with that then contact the Bereavement Department of the provider. The name of the department may vary between companies but most will have a section that will help and are more knowledgeable than the regular customer service operators.

Yes, ask to speak with a supervisor at the telco. You will just need to provide copy of death certificate or sumesuch. This type of thing happens all the time. Don't be fobbed off by call centre who can't be bothered.....
 
Well the problem with that is that is they told her she needs to be the beneficiary. So my wife gave them the beneficiary phone number but she refuses to do anything because well because she is half retarded but also because she thinks she might need the services for court. ATT explained to her that by officially closing the account will help everyone but she is refusing. I know how i said it does not make her sound retarded, but I don't want to throw my wife's business all over the internet.
 
But At&t have actually been somewhat helpful in trying to get the problem resolved but the beneficiary wont send the papers in.

Thank you very much, but i was refereeing to the beneficiary, who was the retard. that would be my wife's step mom.
