(Question) About youtube's copyright

Hey guys, I'm just starting my music live stream channel with copyrighted music, what's the worst thing can happen to me? I'm asking this because the "famous" Article 13, will just youtube shutdown my channel in the worst case or does it go further? So far, live stream's algorythm it's different from uploading videos so it's harder to catch it but idk, I just started but my knowledge is limited.

Any help? Thanks in advance.

Worst thing that can happen is your channel shutting down.
Your Livestream will be demonetized within an hour, and would be banned in several countries depending on song.
 
The worst thing that can happen is that the copyright owner(s) sue you and take you to court..
 
The worst thing it can happen to you is to go to jail. Different countries have different copyright laws. Why don't you read first your country's Penal Code and Civil Code?
 
The chances of you going to jail is less than getting killed by a shark on a desert, most probably you will upload songs from labels like VEVO, or Warner Bros, and literally thousands of people upload their songs daily, so worst they will do is shut your channel down. and If you get sued you are one of the most unluckiest person on the earth.
 
all legal action must give u a WARNING FIRST so yea my guess would be a Cease and Desist order then a BAN

ban, thats it. no one ever went to jail on youtube copyright, thats just bs. no copyright owner has the time for that. Whats the point of doing something that you know will get you banned in a short time. 3 strikes and you;re out!

I found out from experience that the big companies are a lot more lenient than the small hot headed ones that no one barely knows. The big companies usually retract their claims/strikesif you apologise and promise them you wont re-upload their contents.
