Question About Youtube

Does youtube have a search engine option I looked all over but cannot find it. I'm looking for away to find local musician accounts.

if there is a program that gathers youtube ids based on location and profile type let me know.

YouTube doesn't have "Advanced Search" it would be awesome tho' . I think this program can do that, I'm not sure tho'
