I have few questions regarding YouTube.
1. Can we add custom thumbnails for non-verified accounts?
2. Can we add CTA overlays from YouTube itself(As click through rate for Overlays is much better than annotations and links in description).
I have a friend who said that its possible to do, but I am a bit confused here. Can anyone please help me with above questions
