hi guys look i want to start youtube channel and first is it possible to upload the videos i find in darkweb or other social medias which pass the copyright and youtube rules or i just only upload videos i create by myself
2nd i live in country which youtube is blocked and under usa sanction so can i use vpn to acess all these stuffs and upload videos using vpn and i have someone live in austria and i can use his help to do adsese paperworks and signups and other small things so what you say guys
