Question about Youtube and Proxies

Does Youtube use a variable to check whether the proxy is transparent or not?

Does Youtube have any means to detect you are using an Anonymous Proxy?

i have used various types of proxies for youtube without any problems i dont think YT cares what ip you use to login to YT you cnt just use them anymore to increase views

So if you where increasing views, and only using proven Non-Transparent (Elite) IP's, they can determine that also?

The problem is your asking the wrong question. Yes. a couple of the factors in their new algorithm are based on IP. But the new alrogithm is based on a serious number 'flagable' elements, which all combined, equals toast if you spamming.

If you want to spame your videos for any length of time you have to ask AND ANSWER THIS: (because combinations of incorrect ratios between multiple points of the following elements gets you frozen, deleted, suspended)

When you can answer this, you can beat tube increaser to market with a new a method of spamming:

How can i use the proper percentage of anonymous vs non-anon IPs, while providing the proper percentage of hits from IPs from non-YT spam flagged and high traffic IPs, along with the proper percetnage of UNIQUE IP hits from varying points within the world, along with the proper percentage of video views including cookie infromation YT navigation to the video along with the proper percentage ratio of hits from logged in users along with the proper 'ORGANIC' simulation of varied length of hit (time watching video - 2% - 10%- 20%-60%-100%) before drop off, along with the proper 'ORGANIC' simulation of varied SERIOUSLY RANDOM delay time between hits even running multiple thread - with each thread working a different IP at all times.

When you can do that, you will be able to do what the developers of tubeincreaser and all the rest have been unable to do for 3 months.

Short of that, you might get away with a few hits on a few videos, but you will get flagged and busted.

OH YEAH - the ratio oc comments/ratings to views is also watched mroe closely now. Its a third or fourth level element but comes into play in the final algorithm checks before deletion - after incorrect combinations of the above items get you flagged

I tried several of SENUKE proxies, which are elite but YT made me enter captcha. I've been patient enough to try 10-12 times, every time it said wrong captcha. So proxies matter for login also.

Thank you all for the answers, especially doombot1 for answering every potential question I would of asked. Is it just me, or does anyone else however suspect Youtube is using something other than cookies for tracking/stats? I ask this cause whether I'm logged in or not, reject all cookies, etc. Few things like volume muting etc. are persistent. Are they using Javascript, or Registry Keys to achieve this? Doesnt make sense to me when my tracks on my browser are wiped after closing the window along with using web proxies or browser proxies.

youtube fake views dont work even with proxies and for the login they help to not make you get banned when you make try to create multo accounts

The answer is YES.

Youtube uses flash cookies. these cookies save >100 kb rather than being limited to 4k by your browser - because their not browser stored.

I could write another looongg message explaining them in detail and how to locate them and how to delete and disable this feature-

Normal YouTube View Increasers don't use your browser, instead they use direct sockets and write the requests themselves, thus the flash cookies won't even get read because they just fake that you are viewing it with flash. But is could be seriously considered that alot of the view increasers are not properly faking the flash cookies and are thus obvious fake views.

Hmm...ok this wouldnt be a program, but a technique, and its just something I just brainstormed after reading these recent post.

Mozilla Firefox, ReloadAddon plugin to reload the page, SwitchProxy to rotate IP's, Charon to filter IP's, and something new that flushes the flash cookies upon each time the IP or page reloads?

Basically if that technique works, then perhaps an increaser type of bot can be made to automate this process over HTTP (or other protocols that would be functional here)?

'reload every' would need to be modified with greater variables because YT can track the alrorithm of threads (i.e. in this case, browser sessions), in two ways - 1) the relad every - actuall reloads every 5 seconds or 10 seconds or etc, - and boom, your busted - and even if you set reload to be longer than the video so you dont drop the view between each - the delay time is still set, i.e. the video reloads exactly 10 seconds after end - over and over - even if you had multiple browser sessions from different computers with different reload times set, their still fixed, or if you change them eveyr hour - its still flagable.

Plus you have to closely control the "IP per hit" ratio, because when you start getting 20 hits from this IP, then 20 hits from that, then 20 hits from that IP, boom, your dead again.

the only way to be sure - is to handle EVERY issue within the new YT algorithm, not just a few at a time. its not just about cookies anymore or just about IPs or just abuot delay or just about hti time - its about the combination of ALL those things and a few more.

exactly - i have tried as well. the thing is its no longer about beting one or two things.

- i.e its not about IPs, its not about delay time, its not about cookies, its not about being logged in, its not about how long the video hit lasts -

its about
delay time AND ip's AND cookies AND view time AND hit geo loc AND referrers AND more

if you dont have ALL those covered in your solution - you dont have a solution
