Question about YouTube and copyright

There is a huge amount of copyrighted material on YouTube, such as film clips, music videos, etc.

I wonder why Google does not bother to address these copyrighted videos? Of course, it is difficult to monitor everything, but there are entire films that were put on YouTube more than ten years ago.

Apparently, Google and YouTube cannot identify a video as copyrighted or duplicate if the video is edited enough, such as length, resolution and other things.

They probably have access to CMS through which they have whitelisted the channel.

Is test and error, I notice, resolution, awful cuts in the movies, escenes wehere the actors are not speaking they are cut and join to the next scene dialog, sound is really degraded, but each movie has something different they edited and loos and hears bad and as all of them the resolution is bad or kind of weird because looks pixelated and still they have a lot of time to be active and views and the lucky that no one reports that movie in specific besides all that, I believe that is also luck but still a mistery until we can discover what they are doing to avoid the copyright strikes.
