Question about WordPress categories

Hi everyone, Im having a bit of a problem at the moment, Im wanting to create Categories with sub Categories, However for some reason its Alphabetizing my sub categories and showing them all...

I wanted my categories to look like this

Main Category
Main Category 2

Then when its clicked on it will go like this

Main Category
- Sub Category
Main Category 2

Then when Sub Category is clicked it will look like:

Main Category
- Sub Category
-- Last Category
Main Category 2

Does anyone know if there are any plugin's that can do this? I want them to be expandable instead of all showing up in 1 alphabetic list.

Maybe create a custom menu and arrange the categories the way you want?

Have you tried searching the plugins section on the WordPress site? I had a quick search and something like "Collapsing Categories" might be suitable for you? Here's the description - I would post a link but I'm still too new to do so:

Collapsing Categories creates an expandable list of categories and subcategories. It can also expand to show posts. The primary usage is as a widget, but you can also use the code in your theme manually if you wish (see installation instructions)
