Question about WordPress auto responder plugin

Hello BHW Friends,
Is there any WordPress auto responder plugin which can fill these requirement.

1. Can put subscribe form in any post or page.
2. Can put SMTP details.
3. Can send auto email to subscriber.
4. Email should be send through SMTP.

That mean plugin should be like Awebar. Which can be handle by WordPress. If you know any plugin please let me know.

If you haven't found an answer yet use mail poet and contact forms 7. That should do the trick. I found out about them from a post in the forum about email list building.
