Question About WinZip

If I zip a folder, how do I put a password on it to lock it?

Yeah, I know, but the problem is all of the guides on doing it is for Windows XP. I am running Vista.

I cannot double click the folder and the n click file and the "add a password".

Windows Vista doesn't do that.

I did receive an email from a tech friend of mine a moment ago.

He says that vista needs a software ran to encrypt folders or to place a password.
