Question about website

If i were to create a site where people have to fill in surveys in order to get a chance to win an item, which i will be giving away to one or multiple persons every week/month.
Do i need to be registered with a cpa site for the surveys? also is this method considered to be legal?
I'm not entirely sure how i should do this without any legal issues so i'm hoping to get some advice.

Yes, you need to find a CPA site. And yes, it's legal. You won't have any issues with the law involving giveaways like this.

You should have no problem if you're giving away something. Just make sure you're not giving away money. That would be a no-no for most networks .
