Do you believe that I can rank for medium-foreign kw's with WEB2.0 only?

If so, how important is it to build 2nd tier to those WEB2.0s?

Any insights regarding this would be awesome.

Mix it, it will look unnatural if you build web 2.0 only.

how about thinking outside of the box for a second... the webspam team is aware that every BH guy out there is building huge diversity so it will look 'natural'

building a small amount of web 2.0's with good content and some social signals will work... building the huge diversity that's often advertised will only send you in the pool of 'natural' looking new websites that have 2-3 links on every CMS out there...

Only web2.0 is not enough for your targeted rank. Also build links on other site.
