With HMA you can have two connections at the same time, you just cannot both be connected to the same server.

I believe it depends on the hardware they're using, such as what router, and also the vpn protocol they are both using.

I tried using HMA using with proxies .I was unable to connect to internet and also using 2 vpn's at a time i guess system will crash.

You can enjoy such type of connectivity by using PureVPN. What you have to do, just use their DDWRT router to use one connection working on different locations.

I use private internet access vpn and I routinely have 3-5 devices under one account. it is like $7/month too.
