Question about Videos and Podcast

I have a client with a radio show talking about Mortgages. Right now he wants my help in ranking both his local mortgage website, and a planned national mortgage website.

I've already created videos out of the audio and one of the website logo's. What I was thinking is creating the videos again with the logo from the other website, and uploading the videos on different Youtube and Youtube like sites to create more link juice.

My question is will Google ding me for duplicate content? Do I need to add a new introduction to both sets of videos?
