Question About VCC

I aware some VCC provider out there, and I able to top up fund to the VCC with my own credit card.

Question here is can the VCC use to purchase any thing that require to pay by credit card?
Is there any case that merchant reject VCC or not accept VCC?

(I am actually plan to purchase stuff from ebay via paypal and purchase web hosting plan, but I don't want to put my own credit card number in. I prefer to use VCC, I am not sure is there any concern if I using VCC)

Please share me your experience.

Some VCCs can be used to pay online but some are not based on the payment processor, to find out you'll need to use it first.

Link your vcc to your paypal and use paypal for purchases.

any recommended VCC services that can use to purchase online? (not using paypal, purchase direct using VCC)

and any ecommended VCC services that can use to verify paypal and use paypal to purchase online?

I have used both Entropay and PayToo but Entropay now limit user registrations based on user country locations.
