Question about URL and bot.

Hello, maybe somebody know, how works sp0nkb00ong (tube) url upload system? Cuz I tried upload videos with url from other sites, but nothing happens, the system says : videos downloading, you will get notification when will be completed...

P.S also I need bot for auto upload for this site.
