Question about uploading same video

Is it against the ToS at all to upload the same video over and over again? Though not that it really matters in this case

I saw this guy had repeatedly uploaded the same ANZAC commemoration footage with a slightly different title, it seems they just used a list of keywords and an auto uploader, all of them have a link in description for surveys, do people really click through to them like this?

You can upload same video but you need to change its name.

According to my knowledge no it not against the youtube TOS, unless the videos are made by yourself.

As for the "anzac" experience, it depends on which keywords are their videos has ranked. But mostly people do this multiple time uploading job as they believe in viral the videos fastly, and yes it works.

you need to edit the videos to be the same but different when hashed by YT. add a clear screen on them with your favorite video editing tools or just add a pixel of color somewhere on the vid...

you can upload same video multiple times on different accounts/channels, but for you to be able to upload on the same account you have to change the md5 hash of the video. There are many md5 hash changers available for free, you can use them to change the md5 hash value and then you can upload same video multiple times on an account.

I believe it is not against the TOS but occasionally it happened with me that one of the two just disappeared from the search results when I uploaded the exact same video onto different accounts. (but it did not get deleted)
