I bought a domain name and hosting from Hostgator, but then I realized the domain name was bad so I went to buy another one. I bought one from namecheap, since it is cheaper than hostgator, but since I already paid for hosting on hostgator I want to host the namecheap domain there. How do I go about setting that up? I clicked "Domain name server setup" in the namecheap tab and pointed the DNS servers to the DNS servers that hostgator gave me with the original domain. Was that the right thing to do?
Also, what should I do with the first domain? I bought it for a year but I have no use for it. Anything I can do with it?
