I am running a CPA offer; traffic is showing in my hosting account but not in the CPA network's stats. What would cause this to happen? The offer is an international offer...

Most CPA network's stats take a while to update. (couple hours-couple days) Additionally, the affiliate site is not actually receiving traffic unless people click on your affiliate links to go to the website so your visitors may simply be browsing your website without clicking on your aff. links

The URL that the traffic is going to redirects directly to the CPA offer, so no one is actually going to my site to click on a link. That's why the whole thing seems so strange to me....

you might be running into 1 of multiple problems:
a) are you passing your affiliate id over properly?
b) does your affiliate confirm your practice of buying traffic and having it land on their page as acceptable.
those are the first 2 things I can think of
