Question about Traffic Quality

So i am doing research about traffic
Which kind of traffic u guys think will help for SEO ?
the traffic that stay like 2 to 5 minutes but idle
or
the traffic that active on site for 2 minute and clicking links

No bot traffic is going to help you with anything (not with seo specifically) except eat your server's bandwidth.
Not even real DIRECT traffic will help you with your ranks in SEO.

I read a CTR experiment by a prominent member of this forum recently. So if you send real traffic to your website through keyword search in google, you might get SERPs increase according to deduction of the experiment.
