I am stumbling across more and more of these accounts on TikTok recently and I am wondering how they are pulling this off, is it through the use of an SMM panel or are they having slaves manually comment and bump the comment to the top of the section?

Normally they are more NSFW/babe/niche accounts like these:

If it is not the first option (use of an SMM panel automatically doing this on videos they provide to the panel), where are they getting these accounts? Are they handmade and warmed up ready to advertise? A big issue with all of my accounts is that when I'm commenting from a new account it does not appear in the comment section, atleast not near the very top. I've tried countless different account providers, botted accs, legitimate stats, cracked accounts, verified accounts. All you could imagine, but nothing works as well as what these people are doing?! If anyone has any idea. Please let me know!
