I have manually created about 20 tier 1 web 2.0's. Heres my question, some of these web 2.0's don't have all of the articles on one page. In other words, The home page to my web 2.0 doesn?t actually have any content on it, but rather either a side bar outlining the posts, or the post are on web20.com/page1 or web20.com/page 2. So which one should I have my tier 2 pointed towards? Should I point it to say "myweb20.drupalgardens.com" where there is an index of my posts, or should I build it towards the page that actually has the link to the money site on it like "myweb20.drupalgardens.com/article1" Thanks let me know if I am not being clear enough

Why not both? If you build up the link profile of your home/index page, every new article you post will automatically receive a portion of that ranking power. Plus it's pretty unnatural to have all links pointing directly to articles. Mix it up for best results.

You shall create links for all pages of your web 2.0 blogs you created for tier1.

You should build links to the page that actually has your link on the page. That's the only way you'll pass any link juice to your money sit.
