Question about the search function

Is there a way to refine your search, like with ""'s? I am looking for some specific things but the results show hundreds of posts that contain one of the words, I clicked on advanced for the search but nothing jumps out at me.

In this case I am looking for "12 month millionaire" because it was recommended for me to use to try to dump the remaining bottles of product I have.
