Question about Text formatting

Not really sure if anyone can help me but i will give it a try.
I got a Text lets say:
"Iam a sample text BLABLA and this is nice. This is the second BLUBLU sentence"

Is there any tool or program which can find "BLABLA" which isnt always BLABLA but the text structure "Iam a sample text... and this is nice" is always the same so it should be able to find it some how. Afterwards replace BLUBLU with the value of BLABLA.

Kinda confusing i guess ._.

This caught me into a spiral of confusion to another dimension.

yeah same for me tbh. but i will try to explain once again. maybe someone can help
"This is a sample text A. This is Sample text B" I need to replace all B with A but A is just a variable and vary from file to file
