If I purchase a $25,000 limit stealth account and start using it right away, how much can I actually sell that first month without raising any flags with ebay? Would I be fine using close to the full limit? Thanks guys

Yes you would be fine with it the limits are the limits it wont look un natural.

A lot would depend on what you sell. If you try to list 25k worth of iPhones right away I will bet that you get restricted right away.

Tech you would be fine but it depends on:

1. The items you sell
2. The feedback you get
3. The disputes you get

Many variables play a role here.
