Okay in the comments let me get this right you need an SSN for a paypal what about countries that dont use SSN's how does that work??? Also what is so stealth about a stealth account? I figured a proxy would be used but what else makes it a stealth account? I had a recent issue with paypal and I am losing 60% percent of my income on that issue which is bad.

No SS# is NOT required for PP.
Or EB. They will both ask for it but if you are smart you will verify a bank account and CC# and skip the SS#.
If you sell alot on EB, more than $25K a year, then open a business and provide a EIN in place of the SS#.
The real problem with this thread/question is: If you think all you need is 'a way around SS#' then you are probably not cleaning cookies and flash cookies and your account will be linked. It will take about 2 weeks to 2 months for your account to get shut down.
BTW, EB will not always (but sometimes) say " we caught you and know how you really are... that is why this account is suspended".
Proxy will not work, well it will work and 2 months later shut down. EB is smart. They will let you "get away with it" and then take you down. This is why most people take short cuts (a free proxy instead of a paid VPS, for instance) and think they are so smart saving taht $10 a month... then get shut down. They feel frustrated and don't understand what went wrong and give up on stealth/EB.
If your income is important to you just do it the right way.

EB has been fighting scammers for years out side of the country using proxies to rip off US citizens. And the worse part for EB is most of the time out side of the country EB has no legal reach.
