Question about spam on social network

I wanted to know if it's illegal to post comments in large quantities (over 3000 per day) on social networks via hundred of differents accounts? If it is, what could be the consequence? I mean.. I know it's against the social network TOS but are social networks owner doing something about it? Or they just don't care..

If you have experience or heard about someone being sued for this, I would like to know!

Use proxies if you are going to spam from multiple accounts. Don't do it from Home IP.

I was about to spam redirected refferal links with 4 twitter accounts from home I.P.
Also use some older twitter account. total of 5!
I wasn't planning to spam each minute, but like every hour 1 link.(redirected to a blog and automatic to site!

safe without proxy's? They say 10 twitter accounts per IP!

Please inform me. before I do real stupid things!

Worst thing that happens is you get accounts suspended.....

yeah I already had that twice! But I wanna to know for sure!
I'm noob to this game! Only been here for 1 month.
And I don't wanna do really stupid things! Such as an ban from the whole twitter website or whatever!

At that level, you will not get sued. I have done that for years at that level and had no issues. But as stated before. Buy many, many, many proxies

Spam on social networks will not get you in trouble, but like everyone else says, use PROXIES!

If you use proxies, then there will be no problem, but if you don't, then they might be banned.

There's no CAN SPAM for blog comments but if you still haven't got the message use quality proxies!

I would also take gift guru's advice. That works really best. I would recommend binding proxies to accounts too if you use private proxies.

I already use private proxies, i'm happy to know that I can't get in trouble! Thank you guys for your answer!
