Hi, So we got a theme for a client and apparently the name is Drug-Pharmacy... The problem is on our source code we have mentions all over because it is parsing theme files etc... I was wondering because I never really thought about it will this affect a website having source code with these names? The site is unrelated to both drugs and pharmacy...

imho names coming from the theme should have no SEO effect, of course as long as such names do not appear as h tag, img alt tag, etc;
not sure your niche, but ideally you would use a drug/non drug theme for a drug/non drug site, as there are many themes to pick from in any niche; I would not pick a drug theme for a non drug site.
