Hey guys,

I’ve recently been looking into SOI offers. I registered with a few ASPs and set up a WordPress blog, but honestly… I’m still confused about how this whole thing really works.

Do people actually spend money on Facebook Ads just to promote SOI offers? Or is that not really the case? I’d really appreciate if someone could clarify this for me.

As a little “thank you,” I’ll give a UK Apple Gift Code to the first person who replies with some helpful advice.

(Full disclosure: I accidentally bought it on Eneba, so I can’t guarantee it works, but it should.)

Thanks in advance!

What Does SOI Mean?

SOI (Single Opt-In) is a lead generation model where a user only needs to complete a single simple action, usually leaving their email address or signing up through a form. There’s no need to confirm their email or phone number — the lead is counted immediately after the data is submitted.

How It Works

The user sees a landing page/form (e.g., “Win a prize” or “Subscribe to our newsletter”).
They fill in minimal information (most often just an email).
The system records the lead, and the advertiser pays for it under the CPL model.
Pros of SOI

Simplicity:
Conversion rates are usually higher compared to DOI (Double Opt-In), since no confirmation is required.
Quick volume: Easy to scale and generate a large number of leads.
Low entry barrier: Great for beginners in affiliate marketing.

Cons of SOI

Lower traffic quality:
Many fake or uninterested users, disposable emails, etc.
Lower value for advertisers compared to DOI or CPA
Risk of rejections: If the traffic is too low quality, advertisers may reject some leads.

Where SOI is Commonly Used

Niches: sweepstakes, subscriptions, email sign-up offers, mobile subscriptions.
GEOs: most often Tier-2 and Tier-3 countries, where collecting contact details is easier.

"SOI offers usually work best with cheap traffic sources and good funnels — some do test them on FB ads, but many prefer organic or lower-cost channels to stay profitable.

Oh I see,,,
Yeah I also prefer organic but can’t imagine anyone registering their address on a webcam from my low-quality blog.

Thank you for replying!

Most SOI guys I know don’t touch FB, they milk incent and sweepstakes traffic.

Thank you for your reply!
I want to be a super SOI man too!!
wanted to give you the Apple gift, but I’ve already passed it on to someone else.
But, if you ever need Japanese number verification, please feel free to contact me! once for free for you :)))

SOI offers = CPL (cost per lead) offers.
You get paid when someone submits their info.
The best ones are those simple email-only opt-ins, they always convert way better.

I usually run spillover traffic to CPL/SOI offers, nice way to milk some extra $$ from unused clicks.

Maybe for some shitty networks.

For high paying non shaving networks or better your own offers, FB is great.

Okay so people do run SOI offers with FB Ads, but it's pretty roundabout. Since SOI payouts are usually low, you need cheap traffic and solid targeting to make it worthwhile. Most affiliates either use prelanders or funnels to warm up leads before sending them to the offer. FB can still work, but it might be a bit of a cash sink if it's not optimised. You could test with push, native, or TikTok traffic first since CPCs tend to be lower. Overall, YMMV.
