Question about Snapchat content generation ideas

Does Snapchat allow users to create and upload other niche-based, i.e. faceless content such as historical, educational, drama series, etc., in addition to their own video content (e.g. vlogs)? And does Snapchat provide monetization for that content?

This is very important for me to know. Does anyone work with Snapchat?
