Question about Skrill account

I set up an account with skrill (moneybookers) several days ago and cannot upload funds into my account... anyone that has an account know how long it takes before it allows you to upload funds? I already emailed them and all they said is that it is normal for all skrill accounts to have a waiting time before uploading funds, but did not give an estimate on the length of time. Thanks

skrill has become very strict and because it's probably a personal account it's gonna have limits until it's completely verified.
If I was you I would go for a merchant account without limits. You have to fill in some docs and the process is pretty fast.
