Question About Sites for PBN

I'm starting to build a PBN, to be used for myself only. I have found 2 PR2 (legit) sites, but they are both former sites of colleges. The college moved their homepage from a TLD to an edu domain. Also, the domains are the exact names of the schools. Might there be any legal ramifications to picking these domains up? Should I just pass on them? If I do get them, what would you put on them?
