Question about site links

I've been able to get sitelinks for my store, but, it only shows when I search (using a competitor as this example) "heartsattic" but if I search "hearts attic", they dont show up. When I search the first name, I'm the first result, then when I search the second name, there are google shopping ads, but I'm technically still the first result. I know the first result is the only result to show sitelinks, but do google shopping ads make them not show?
