Question about selling on multiple accounts

I'm fairly knowledgeable about ebay but it's been awhile since I've tried to run multiple ebay accounts. I know I'll need 1 IP per account, make sure my IP matches the city / state on the paypal account?, and make sure to clear cookies. I may be wrong but that's what I remember anyway so if I missed anything please feel free to throw something in there.

My other concerns are the actual selling on these accounts. What is recommend to stay safe with the selling limits? Is 1 a day to much for a new account? My goal at the moment is to sell large quantity over multiple accounts quickly but staying small and under the radar. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
