Question About Selling Local Leads

I am curious to know what strategies you have found most successful when trying to sell leads to local businesses?

I have seen people talk about calling vs. emailing and the effectiveness of giving away a few leads. But I am curious to know how you are introducing the idea to potential clients.

Are you introducing yourself as a marketer who has a site in order to sell leads? Or are you disguising yourself as a business owner with too much business?

you can make all the setup and show the result/ bring the first leads for free.
These days EVERBODY is a "facebook marketing pro / instagram lead magnet". I guess everbody who have saw some youtube videos think they are now a pro.

So you are using your site to showcase your SEO skills and then offer them SEO services?

No client cares about pagespeed, backlinks, parasites, ect.
They dont know and they dont want know about these.
The only what they are care are LEADS, LEADS, LEADS.
How you get them they dont care, mostly....
