I have a few questions about making an Ebook,

Im done making my Ebook, What is the best way to sell it? wso? clickbank? just use paypal + after payment redirect to ebook? or paypal then manually send ebook? Not sure what to do from here? Should I make some visuals like banners and stuff like that? Should I make a squeeze page that you have to add your email before you can download or buy?

Thanks for the help

Hey bud!

Since this is your first time selling a product, DO NOT go with Clickbank.

Here is why.

It's not because I look down on Clickbank, unless you have money to blow, you
should try the other strategies I'll be mention in a moment. But with Clickbank you
have to fees that are kind of steep for someone just starting out selling their own
product. Not to mention you will need a great network of affiliates to push for you.

But what I suggest is creating a sales letter and connect it with paypal/ejunkie. This
is best because you fees will be low and you will keep the majority of the profits. Where as,
with Clickbank you have to pay affiliates and higher fees. I'm sure you do not want to break
even, you want to see some dead presidents, right!

If you have a solid budget pay for your traffic. If you have to use FB Ads or PPC.

Actually I 'm on the verge of finishing my eBook that I will be giving away for free that teaches
how to create an eBook, sell it, generate traffic, and some other special strategies to increase sells.
I'll also be offering bonuses that teaches how to create the sales letter and how to create Ads that
work.

LOL This guy the other day made the statement that since it is FREE that it must be rehashed or PLR
I had to explain to him that I don't deal with that shit. I'm 100% unique and so are my products. Whether
if it's free or not LOL... It turned into an interesting conversation about PLR and all this BS rehashing etc LOL

But also there are NO upsell, down sell, side sell, diagonal sell, non of that...just pure
value!

I wish you the best of luck with your launch!

PS.
Instead of capturing an email and then selling your product to your list. How about after your traffic pays
you get the email from paypal and then insert it into your autoresponder? :D They already purchased your product,
which tells you they will buy. Now you can market more product...that will help them of course :)

If it's IM related then you can do it as WSO. WSO, clickbank, jvzoo, any marketplace is good if you want
affiliates for your ebook. Direct selling willing be not that easy since you'll no affiliates or you'll to use
affiliate management software.

I don't think it's a good idea to have your buyers enter email for downloading the product. There is a method
for autocapturing buyer's email when they purchase your product, this is automatically done in wso+ I read.
You can also have them opt in to your list for future updates and extra bonuses.

And yes, you should make promo materials like banners and other graphics, if possible video/s, email swipes, articles
and more for affiliates and yourself. Have small report or any your ebook related product/s and make squeeze
pages and promote your ebook to that list.

You can make a squeeze page and be sure to add "Hot Buttons" and "Trigger Points" in your content which is marketing java just Google it, also give people a Sample
on the Squeeze page of your content, something in your Ebook that really hits home with your target audience, find and identify your target audience and then shape your
content around them (how they think, familiar terms to them ect.)

Add some testimonials and then I would advice to get unto Twitter and start building relationships on Twitter, you can also use Google's PPC just find the most relevant
keywords and I have found Facebook to also be very good with ROI when it comes to marketing.

I would recommend the #1 thing to do is collect customer emails so you can build a list. This is done through a squeeze page that promises a small report that solves some of their problems. This way while you do step #2 you're already collecting prospects.
Step#2 is either pay for an established and reputable copywriter to make a sales page for you(if you have the money) expect to pay $3K + for a copywriter. If you can't afford that it's better to make your own, do some reading from Dan Kennedy, Jay Abraham etc...
The reason I say this is because copywriters who charge below $3K or $4K usually have to work for several guys to pay their bills so there's potentially less quality.
I wrote my own copy which did ok and then hired a $700 copywriter who didn't produce any results, in fact mine did better. When I pointed it out to him he ran for the hills and never redid my copy like he promised.
Anyways good luck

While not in any way against what are been suggested here, you should be concerned with the value you are delivering with your e-book.If you are to be in the buyer's shoe, will you appreciate and write back to thank the seller? If your e-book is not good enough for you to sell, then you won't be making enough sales from it.If it's IM related, you can get a mini-site, start blogging about the content of the e-book, until you have enough organic traffic so you can then move on to PPC ads and stuffs.
