Hello! Please, note that this is not a way to sell anything, I'm just trying to get some advise from the forum members... If this is the wrong section, please move the post. Please, dear staff members, do not ban me for trying to get some opinions.

I own a specific niche online store. It has very good organic sales and SEO positions + sales from ads. 6 figures profit/year. The target audience is based in an Eastern European country.

However - most listings on Flippa, Sedo etc are in English and this website is in another language.
Also the customers in this specific country are paying for their orders upon delivery to the local shipping company.

This means that if the potential new owner is from another country - we would have to think of a way to offer him this business as a dropshipping business, or affiliate business. Transfering him the commissions from the sales. Also he would have to find some native freelancers or we could offer him full support with managing the Ads, uploading new products, etc etc...

What are your toughts, dear forum members? Would there be a chance? Do you think that a person from country A (English speaking, German speaking, Spanish etc) would purchase a site that is targeting country B in a more rare language if it is good and profitable? Or people would get scared because of the language barrier or because they would have to rely on some local suppliers...

On the other hand - if you have an English dropshipping or affiliate website based in the UK, USA, etc - you are also working with a supplier and you are not shipping the goods to your customers by yourself...

Do you have any other ideas on how to do this and how to offer this business to the potential buyers on the domain and website marketpalces?

Are there marketplaces for flipping websites on your country?

Or for people to buy business?

Are any competitors interested in buying you out?

If your site is making 6 figures a year chances are it wont be a first time buyer buying the site no matter where you list it.

Really makes no difference where the site is set up and the traffic. They will either already have something in place because of other sites they already own or they can simply hire a VA to help run the site there.

Things a buyer really look at is. How old is the site. How is the site getting the traffic right now. How long would it take to get my investment back. Can I add value to the site and make it grow.

Best of luck with your sale

For 6 figures website I suggest you to sell on empireflippers. Its value for money instead Flippa
