Question about SB RSS ping

Hello,

I was wondering if the SB RSS ping feature could handle pinging huge blasts, such as 40k, from SB and Xrummer. When I run it it says it was successful, but I am just wondering if it would be better to breakup the links and do it in lesser amounts?
