    Hi,
I've tried backlinking my site and used mostly exact match anchor to rank it on easy competition keyword, and I think it caused my site to get sandboxed.
Should I try to rank it again with better quality link and my url as anchor, or should I just ditch it and get a new domain?

    Thanks.

You can work on the same site and dilute the backlinks by building more backlinks with generic anchor texts and naked urls.

I purchased several packages here on BHW of web2.0 pyramids.
My site is indexed but I don't see it around 500+ ranking of my keyword..
But my rankings at bing stayed the same.

Maybe you have spun content on your web2.0's, spun content are 0. Did you check your web 2.0 list is indexed?
