Question about running ads on Facebook

As for the customer base - you can use like emails and phone numbers for targeting. But as far as I know you can't specify specific Facebook pages to show ads only to them.

You can increase page views when you run page view ads, but what is your goal? Can you be more specific?

it can but hard because target according to the data file you have available, you will have to divide many campaigns, because Facebook is not smart enough to select data as required.
 
You can combine criteria such as age, gender, geographic location, and online behavior to define your target audience. This helps narrow down your reach and reach the right group of potential customers
 
If you are unsure, start with a small budget, this will help you evaluate the effectiveness without spending a lot of money.

You can create a pixel in BM, then use your target audience when you create a new campaign
 
What is your target audience? You can set up a lead generation campaign.
 
In my opinion, if you already have a file of potential customers, you should use email or text them directly. If the number of customers is too much, you can use a bot, this will save more time and costs. Don't let that rich resource go to waste

Before running ads, you must have permission on those pages. And you can absolutely run to reach the area or reach the audience you want on Facebook
