Hello, you want to advertise on Facebook, but the audience is the page's followers. You can use the tag and that audience when starting your campaign.

One can also create an ad which focuses on comment sections and pin comment to the other pages etc.
No, I mean that I have the database, the list of excel with tons of facebook pages. I want to target the owners of those pages. There are companies and I have their FB profiles. So how do i place a facebook AD specifically for those scraped companies? Is that even possible?

If you want to target the page manager, when you start the campaign, choose the fanpage admin, the person who pays the bill for over 30 days,
You don't understand I think.. I mean I want to target SPECIFIC pages that i've SCRAPED already, that are in my excel already. I'm not interested in targeting any random fb page admins. I want to target specific companies that I have in my excel.

Bro, I really don't understand what you mean. If you already have a specific audience, you just need to message them directly, but why do you need to advertise to them? It's time consuming and costly
I tried running IG/FB ads for just "facebook page admins", selected US audience, and guess what? Most of the people who messaged me were poor people, not even companies.
I have the list of facebook pages that are rich companies in the US, that's why i want to rich specifically them. But writing manually one by one is not possible, it's very time consuming, because i have millions of data.
Question is, how to run ads for these specific people, not for random people??

Using the lead adding tool in Facebook's Meta Business Suite, I'm not sure it works as well as before because there are updates that only accept leads collected from previous ads you created

Use a bot to message them. More likely more efficient and effective than ads.

If there are direct, target pages/accounts, then it is better to use mailing through programs/services. It will be cheaper and even more reliable. In my opinion, of course.
