[QUESTION] About Reversed Leads

Hey guys. I was wondering if any of u could give me some reliable answer to this:


1. When does a lead get reversed?

2. Which kind of leads are possible to get reversed? Only PIN Submits right?

3. If someone does a PIN submit and then cancel the phone suscription, will the lead get reversed ALWAYS? or the user gets the money charged instantly and the lead will stay?

4. this is very important:

What happens if an user tries to do a PIN Submit and has no money in his/her phone?


I'm going to focus in local audience, and here in my country all the damn offers are pin submits. That's why i'm asking this.

Each offer has a set of rules and the CPA network itself may have specific rules. Contact your CPA manager, he'll have those answers for you in a minute.

1. When does a lead get reversed?
Generally, the advertiser sends a reversals list to the network. Timeframe for this varies, from monthly, weekly, etc.

2. Which kind of leads are possible to get reversed? Only PIN Submits right?
Any kind of lead. Imagine a one-page submit that asks for name/address/etc and a user enters gibberish. Or you're driving proxy fraud. Varies by advertiser whether they review and reverse junk leads or not.

3. If someone does a PIN submit and then cancel the phone suscription, will the lead get reversed ALWAYS? or the user gets the money charged instantly and the lead will stay?
Depends on the advertiser. Some accept junk leads and just renegotiate payout with the network based on ROI.

What happens if an user tries to do a PIN Submit and has no money in his/her phone?
If the advertiser is smart, the lead won't go through. I've certainly seen cases where they do though.
