Question about repurposing narrow themed site

As the title says, I have this domain name that is about autism, and would like to repurpose it as part of a PBN. How would you go about that?

1. Would you make the site broadly health-themed, or keep it more tightly themed?
Related question: how crazy about tight relevance should one be?

2. How exactly would you start the site? Like,would you start with some tightly related articles then add some broader-themed ones, or start with broader directly?
How many articles to start the site?

Since you've showed me the domain in private, here's my tip:

Try and grab the old content from archive.org. Install Wordpress and use the old header (fairly easy to do with most themes). Then grab some of the old articles and sticky them on top. This will ensure that your backlinks won't drop off very fast, or at all. Then, below the top articles, post your own articles linking to your money sites.
