Question about referring domain

1 Referring domain means backlink from one domain despite having thousands of links from same domain

google.com is a domain (duh!). And so is yahoo.com, reddit.com, facebook.com, amazon.com, etc...
If you get 1 link from each one of these websites you will have 5 backlinks in total and 5 RDs (Referring Domains) because these 5 domains have each referred 1 backlink to your site.
If you get 2 links from each one of these websites you will have 10 backlinks in total, but still 5 RDs.
And so on...
Usually, the number of RDs is more important to google rankings than the number of total backlinks, so you will want as many RDs as possible to point back to your site to get good rankings.
The thing is that, since you are asking these questions, you are newbie at SEO, so I strongly advise on NOT buying any backlinks at the moment. It's much better to educate yourself on what backlinks are, how they work, and - more importantly - what makes a quality backlink. Because if you refuse (or can't) to learn these basics you're gonna get scammed or burn a lot of money with poor backlinking choices.
In all honesty, keep reading and learning about how SEO and backlinks work before buying anything. This forum is a free and valuable source of information, so it's a great place to start your learning process

and about RDs, so every link is an RD link and unique?

If you know how to make high quality backlink from gsa then it is not spam.

links are links, and RDs (Referring Domains... or domains... or even domain names - if you want to call them like that - are literally the same thing) are RDs, you can have 1 RD (so, 1 domain) point to your site once, twice, 100 times, 1 million times or an unlimited number of times, it doesn't matter, it's still 1 domain only, no matter how many backlinks it gives you. It will still be 1 RD pointing to your site because the links (however many of them are) will only come from that domain and that domain only.

One referring domain can either create only one backlink to a website, or it can create many of them. Referring domains also have a strong impact in marking the credibility of a webpage’s content, and thus are as important as backlinks
