One of my important site(non-english) was hit a few days ago by the penguin whatever update was....my main keyword drop from #2 to #8, second keyword from #3-4 to page2 and and another from #3 to page5

    What I do?
I analyzed the site and I realised I forced a little bit for the anchor text backlinks so I changed that yesterday, my main keyword was about 25% and after yesterday changes I will dilute to 15%.
My On-Page internal links was forced too my main keyword was on allmost internal links so I changed that too.
I dissavow about 5-6 domains from GWT, the lowest backlinks pointed to my site, I have about 70 reffering domains in ahref(high quallity backlinks).
I build new backlinks in last days from web2.0 sites with content write by myself, unique, articles are mixed. 200+, 300+, 500, 100+... about 10 articles on each web2.0, I also built a few backlinks from my blogs pointed to them.

So.. I never experienced that it's my first time when I got hit, I do SEO by myself, whitehat, greyhat ... but no blackhat, I don't use tools, I made a backlink when i'm sure is a hq backlink, if is not a hq I don't....now my question is.. When my site will came back on positions he was? He will recover after this changes? What should I to recover quickly? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Do the changes that you believe were needed and wait to see if it makes a difference. You wont know whether the changes you are making are having a positive impact until you actually wait.

    1. Disavow manual
    2. Wait 1-2 Google updates to recover from.

It's hard to predict a timeline for getting a penalty lifted, but it should usually be in the "weeks" range if you manage to properly find the problem and solve it. Trying to pinpoint the problem is usually the biggest problem, most of the time it's not what you think it is, so you have to try several different solutions before lifting your penalties.

YOu need to decrease the anchor text. You can use your title or mized keywords as anchor text. This will increase the anchor text power as well as you will focus more keywords.
